A seasoned events industry veteran, Mike Greto has spent the past 24 years working in a variety of event and marketing roles, including his most recent position as Global Director, Event Marketing at Ciena Corporation where he led the redesign of the company’s approach to business meetings, B2B events and incentive programs. Prior to joining Ciena, Mike enjoyed a 14-year career at The Coca-Cola Company where he worked in Global Strategic Events, managing sports hospitality activations, incentives, business meetings and special events, and later overseeing the company’s golf assets in the Sports & Entertainment marketing division, including leading the annual PGA TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Mike worked in Business Development at McGettigan Partners (now Maritz Travel) and the Georgia World Congress Center/Georgia Dome with MGR Food Services executing tradeshows and selling corporate events. Mike is currently consulting with agencies, corporate event divisions and destinations to help them rethink their approach to event marketing and business development.
Mike, his wife Dominique Love, son Hampton and two dogs Stella and Waffles reside in Serenbe, a new urbanism community south of Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama.

James Spellos is the President of Meeting U., whose mission is to help people become more productive and comfortable with technology.
Jim delivers over 150 seminars annually on how to use technology more efficiently. In 2015, Jim was named one of the Meeting Industry’s trendsetters by Meetings Today magazine. He is a faculty member at New York University, teaching in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies since 1990. He has been honored with both their Award for Teaching Excellence and their Outstanding Service Award.
In 2014, Jim joined the Board of Directors for Rock and Wrap It Up, an anti-organization which supports over 43,000 agencies in North America. Jim co-created their Whole Earth Calculator app, which helps organizations identify the quantity of food donated, and carbon footprint reduced, from food recovered at meetings and events. He also speaks about food recovery and sustainability in the industry.
Outside of the meetings industry, Jim is an accomplished musician and songwriter, playing guitar and keyboards, and has recorded an album of his original material with his previous group, Contraband. He’s currently in the studio working on new material.

Named by Incentive magazine as one of the “25 Most Influential People in the Incentive Industry” for “overseeing the rebirth of SITE as an influencer and voice for the global incentive travel industry,” Kevin has served as the chief staff executive for both SITE (the association) and the SITE Foundation (the fundraising and research organization) since 2013.
Together with the organization’s board of directors and Foundation board of trustees, he is responsible for the co-creation of the organization’s strategy as well as its implementation. Kevin leads a globallydeployed staff team that supports SITE’s 2200 members worldwide, and serves as the primary spokesperson and public advocate for SITE and the SITE Foundation.
Prior to joining SITE, Kevin served as Executive Vice President in charge of the global sales strategy for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI). Before ALHI acquired it in January 2011, Kevin was CEO of hinton+grusich, a national sales organization representing hotels and convention bureaus across North America. Kevin’s career in the hotel business began at the Chicago Hilton & Towers where he worked in various management positions.
In 2016, Kevin served as Co-Chair of the Incentive Federation, and in 2017, he is serving the Events Industry Council as Chair-Elect. Kevin also served as Chairman of the International Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) in 2012 and 2013, having served on MPI’s Board for 5 years, and as President of MPI’s Chicago Area Chapter in 2007 and 2008.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Finance and German from Marquette University, as well as a Master’s Degree (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He lives in Evanston, Illinois with his wife Claudia and their daughters, Amber and Sophia.
