Program Overview

This experience is possible thanks to the generous support of our partners, especially our annual sponsors, Sandals Resorts, Encyclomedia and Swoogo. Sandals Resorts is generously hosting our resort experience at the beautiful Sandals Grande St. Lucian Resort & Spa, including accommodations, resort amenities, all-inclusive food and beverage, and airport transportation.

We’re also grateful for the support of Barefoot Holidays DMC St. Lucia, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, and Island Routes in helping bring our destination experience to life.

Together, we’ll connect with the local community, learn from artisans and community partners, explore local traditions and livelihoods, taste the island, and even leave a little something behind by planting a SITE Southeast tree.

For qualified Planners, there is no registration fee. Your one (1) guest is included for free. Guests will not be participating in SITE Southeast activities. In addition, thanks to Sandals generosity, your rooms are included in the registration, over the program dates, October 1-4 and Planner Members of SITE Southeast will receive a $600 airfare reimbursement.

Airfare is booked by you! To participate in the full immersion, please plan your flights around the program schedule:

Arrival: Saint Lucia (UVF) by 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 1
Departure: Sunday, October 4. Depart at your convenience; hotel checkout is by 11:00 AM.

Bringing a guest? All accommodations feature one king bed, and registered participants may bring one guest, age 21 or older, to share their room. Your guest is welcome to enjoy the Sandals all-inclusive resort experience with you; however, SITE Southeast offsite activities and programming are not included for guests.
