What to Expect

This is more than a site visit. Over three days, you’ll explore how sustainability shows up across a destination - from land-based initiatives to marine environments while experiencing the full scope of what Sandals Grande St. Lucian and the island have to offer.

Why St. Lucia | Why This Experience?

Set on its own peninsula, Sandals Grande St. Lucian is one of the few places in the Caribbean where you can take in both sunrise and sunset over the water. Surrounded by dramatic landscapes, including views of the iconic Pitons, the island offers a balance of natural beauty, culture, and thoughtful development.

A few highlights:

  • A destination known for its lush rainforest, volcanic beaches, and vibrant local culture
  • Access to three Sandals resorts in one, expanding experiences and event possibilities
  • Sustainability initiatives that go beyond theory, with a strong focus on community, environment, and long-term impact

Sandals Foundation

We invite participants to engage with the Sandals Foundation’s “Pack for a Purpose” initiative.
